Sri Padham heritage kanyakumari hotel is very worst hotel had I ever visited,There is no flexibility in check in time. Ant is running on bed and whole room. Hotel manager velum is not customer friendly.The location is very bad.The hotel manager Velum said that customers feedback not impacted me, I not recommend any body to stay hotel.Due to ant on bed I stay only two hour and check out the hotel. Hotel staffs are very rude.

this hotel is just 15 mins walk for Kanyakumari city centre .Very close to Vivekanada ashram which is a must visit while in this city. The property seems typically a local rich mans first time venture in to hotel/hospitality industry and have appointed his cousins, neighbours and passer byes as the hotel management. Rooms are having all facilities , but don't expect a trouble free check in .Right from check in procedure , you will notice a lack of professionalism and coordination between front desk and house keeping. most probably , the traveller /guest may end up being the hotel manager till one check out . I felt pity for the front desk manager for fending off irate customers with a broad smile and the assurance " saaar dont worry , please tell , i will do it for you ... what you want saaar" . if your son or daughter have penchant for smelling everything , then this hotel will be a nightmare . first time supplied towels bed sheets will be used or not washed properly. make sure that you demand to see the rooms before taking the keys . the staff is down to earth but keep your belongings safe . Parking is at your risk as well as your duty to find the space.but its free !!
